To confirm your place on an Est Due journey, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
Our tours are intentionally small and carefully curated to ensure meaningful experiences, personal connections, and access to places and people you simply can’t reach on your own. Because of this, spaces are limited and often fill quickly.
Your deposit secures your position on the tour and allows us to begin coordinating the many elements that make your experience special - from artisan visits and regional producers to long-table lunches, private tastings, and unique cultural encounters.
The Tour Deposit includes a $15 bank surcharge fee. To avoid a bank surcharge fee please contact us directly via email ciao@estdue.com.au.
What Your Deposit Covers
Your deposit goes toward the overall cost of your tour and enables us to:
Reserve accommodation and exclusive venues
Confirm local hosts, guides, and producers
Secure bookings for private experiences and events
Begin detailed logistical planning for the group

Deposits are required to secure your booking and place on the tour.
Bookings are confirmed once your deposit has been received.
The remaining balance will be due prior to departure (full payment details will be provided after booking).

We recommend booking early to avoid missing out - once a tour reaches capacity, additional places cannot be added.
