After 25 years running a beloved restaurant in Adelaide, they are now leading travellers through the rich landscapes, culinary traditions, and hidden treasures of Italy. Enzo, born in Calabria, shares his 45 years of expertise in cooking and hospitality, introducing guests to authentic flavours and traditions alongside his good friend and chef Steven.
Teresa Fazzari, born in Australia, has always embraced her Italian heritage, finding joy in connecting with people through hospitality.
